Contact us with our online form for a rough estimate. For a more accurate and formal estimate, we must perform a survey during a home inspection, after which we will provide you with a written estimate.
For short distance moves, we charge by the hour.
Long distance moves will be charged at a fixed rate, depending on distance.

During the year, we are busiest between mid-May and late-August, so plan early if you need to move during the summer months.
Weekends (Fri - Sun) tend to be popular moving days, so scheduling on weekdays may be easier.
You will need to be present during the day of the move, to show movers what to move and to verify the contents of the move.
Tipping is encouraged if you feel the movers provided good service. A standard tip is around 15% of the total moving fee, which is split amongst the moving team.
During the packing/unpacking process, please keep animals leashed/in carriers, especially if they are uncomfortable around strangers. This is for the safety of the movers, homeowners, and animals.
Melody Moving will not transport animals. Please plan accordingly to accommodate your pets during the move.
